Sodium Hypochlorite
Sodium hypochlorite is one of the by-products of Chlor-alkali industry, primarily used as a bleaching agent across the globe. Sodium hypochlorite solution is also frequently used as a disinfectant. Sodium hydroxide and chlorine are commercially produced by the Chlor-alkali process.
EPCL produces Sodium Hypochlorite with 15% concentration ‘weight by volume- w/v’ with production capacity of 22,000 tons per year.
