Engro Polymer believes in keeping customer needs as our primary focus as they define the reason for our existence. We shall endeavor to meet or exceed customer expectations for both product quality and product related services.

In this regard we shall set specific measurable targets and maintain a system to record our performance against these targets. The company shall also develop and maintain a system of tracking customer's feedback on our products and services and will take the necessary corrective action required as a result of this feedback. The results of the company’s performance against the internally set parameters for product quality and services as well as the customer's feedback will be shared with the employees and the board regularly.

We shall train employees to equip them with the right skills and attitude to meet and exceed customer expectations. The company shall invest in the technology required to produce the product and deliver the service that meets our customer satisfaction objectives.
