Beenish Ameen Kajani is a seasoned HR professional with over 14 years of experience across Human Resources and Sales, bringing together expertise in both people and performance functions.

Her career spans a wide range of impactful roles, from Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to HR Operations, Business Partnering, Sales Capability, and Key Account Management. Her versatility and leadership have left a mark across some of the world’s most recognized organizations.

At ICI, she spearheaded the company’s flagship Management Trainee Program, laying the foundation for its future leadership pipeline. At Mondelez, she led the Sales Engagement Program, contributing to the Company’s recognition as a "Best Place to Work." Her time at Shell saw her champion the learning strategy for their retail network, while at BAT, she revitalized the employer brand and drove meaningful progress in the DE&I space.

Beenish currently holds the role of Head of HR & Corporate Communications at Engro Polymer and Chemicals, where she is leading change management efforts and actively championing women in leadership. Before this, she served as General Manager – HRBP at Engro Fertilizers, where she led critical people initiatives and played a key role in strengthening leadership development and inclusion company-wide.

Beyond the corporate world, Beenish finds joy in travel, fitness, and meaningful connections. She’s the eldest of three siblings, raised by entrepreneurial parents who instilled in her the values of resilience and purpose.

Deeply committed to giving back, Beenish served as Secretary to the Board for Industrial Promotion Services at AKDN and continues to volunteer her time with several AKDN-led initiatives, offering career coaching, CV writing guidance, and interview prep to young professionals
